Chest Workout Plan #1
First things first you need to stop focusing on you flat barbell bench press. You need to think outside the box if you want to look better than everyone else at the gym.
Upper Chest Workout
Start with upper chest exercises. Do dumbbell presses on the incline bench. You will do a very light warm-up set and then jump straight to your heavy set. You are not strong until you are doing dumbbell presses with more than your body weight. So you most likely have a little ways to go.
Lower Chest Workout

Don’t think that you need to do lower chest every time you workout your chest. Chest exercises for men should focus more on upper chest to get rid of man boobs. To lose man boobs you do have to tighten up every part of the chest but don’t do too much lower chest exercises. To hit the lower chest you will use the decline bar. You are stronger in the lower chest so you will use heavier weight.
Best Chest Workout

The best chest workout routine is too do more dumbbells and less bar! You need to do dumbbell presses while you are fresh and save the bar for burning down with at the end of your workout.
Here is a great workout to follow:
4 sets of dumbbell bench presses on a flat bench for the full chest workout.
4 sets of dumbbell incline bench presses for upper chest development.
That right there is enough to get a great looking chest. The best workout routine will always include dumbbells presses. Hopefully this chest workout program will get you some good results.
Are you looking for a killer chest workout you can do at home? You have come to the right place, this workout is the best chest workout I have done in years. Of all the chest exercises the push-up is one that is overlooked by most experienced lifter and a favorite of many beginners. I haven’t it a plateau with my chest because I have been following the best chest workout routine around. The key is that you need to always be switching up what you do for your chest.
Can you get a bigger stronger chest without benching with a bar?
Yes. I did chest exercises for a whole year without ever touching the flat barbell bench press that everyone is obsessed with and I got gains that I never would have dreamed of. This shows that you need to think outside the box to get good results. I only did dumbbell chest exercises the whole time and I had to cut back because my chest was getting too muscular for the rest of body.
Whats a good home chest workout?
Pec workouts at home are often some of the best pumps that you will get because you can do them whenever you have the desire. A home chest workout is usually tailored to people that can’t afford a gym pass or don’t have free weights to lift with. So you can use your own body as resistance for most movements. The best chest exercises are going to shorten the distance from the origination and insertion points on the pectoralis major. Most people have done push ups but haven’t tried the “Seven Minutes in Hell” push up routine.
What is the “7 Minutes in Hell” routine?
This routine is designed to be difficult for even the strongest man yet easy enough for the weakest beginner. The ultimate goal is to do 30 push ups each minute for 7 minutes. This ends up being a total of 210 push ups. This doesn’t mean you can do 40 in the first minute, the max you can do in a minute is 30. You do not have to do all 30 at one time, you can split them up into 3 sets of ten if you want. You have the whole minute to do them in as many sets as it takes you to get there. Beginners should aim for doing 10 push-ups each minute for a total of 70 pushups. You will see that this is the ultimate at home killer chest workout.
