A good tricep workout routine will help you chest get bigger because you will be able to put up more weight. When you bench press you use your triceps as secondary muscles to lift the weight. Sometimes when people hit plateaus with their bench press it’s because their triceps are preventing them from lifting more weight.
Tricep Exercises
Tricep workouts will usually be movements that don’t involve the shoulder moving at all. The tricep is located on the back of the arm between the elbow and shoulder. When you do tricep extensions the muscle will be flexed when your arm is straight.
Tricep Dips
When doing tricep dips you will hold yourself up between 2 bars and then lower yourself down. From the lowered position you then push yourself back up by straightening your arms. The more you lean forward the more this exercise will turn into a chest exercise. Stay straight up and down to hit the triceps better.
Skull Crushers
Skull crushers are a great tricep workout that will really develop the whole tricep. Take a bar and hold it above your head as you lay down. Now bend at the elbows and allow the bar to come down to the forehead. You can now see why they are named skull crushers. Then straighten your arms. Remember to only move at the elbows not at the shoulders.
These tricep exercises will help with your chest workout routines because they will allow you to increase bench press. You need strong biceps for many of the chest exercises. Having strong triceps will allow you have killer chest workouts. You can do a great chest workout at home and you can even do tricep dips from the edge of a bed. A tricep workout with dumbbells can often be the most effective way to train them.

The best chest workout will always consists of hitting all parts of the pecs. Every good workout routine will hit the whole body proportionally but here are going to focus on the best chest workouts. Chest exercises are always going to be a pushing movement.
You need to realize that the chest is a strong muscle capable of lifting large amounts of weight but only after you have trained it to properly do so. You don’t have to lift tons of weight to have a great looking chest.
Many guys are just looking for chest exercises to get rid of man boobs, while others are looking for a killer chest workout to bulk up and look huge. If you can’t make it to the gym you can do a chest workout at home but I enjoy lifting heavy weights in the gym for a great pump. I will share my chest workout routine with you here so you can have something to base you chest routine on. A bench press workout is not always the best way to build great looking pecs. I went a whole year without ever touching the barbell on the bench press, instead I used dumbbells for chest presses and had great increases in strength as well a better looking chest. If you want to know how to increase bench press I recommend you use dumbbells until you are lifting the same amount of weight or more than what you could with the straight bar. The best chest workout routine will always have a combination of upper chest workouts with inner and lower chest workouts. You shouldn’t start with the same lift every time you do a pec workout. You need to start one with upper chest exercises and then the next time you do chest switch it up and start with lower chest exercises. Whether you are just trying to lose man boobs or you really want to increase bench press, chest exercises are the key to looking good.
