A gym workout routine isn’t the only thing that get you a killer looking chest. There are many home chest workouts that you can do to switch things up and shock your pecs into growing even more. A killer chest workout routine will involve all parts of your chest and mostly focus on the upper chest workout. The best chest workout will always be different and make your muscles confused. Doing 3 sets of 10 reps every time you go to the gym will not produce the results that you want. You can speed up the process by thinking outside the box.

Try the following chest exercise to switch things up and really shock your chest.
You should know what weight you can bench 10 times. Now take that weight and divide it by 1.4 and do this 20 reps. Your goal is to do 3 sets of 20 reps with this new light weight. Do this workout for 2 weeks and then go back to your usual workout for 2 weeks but when you go back to your normal chest workout routine always do upper chest first.
