Cade’s Push-up Workout Routine

Friday, September 18th, 2009

What makes a good push-up workout? There might not be a perfect push up workout for everyone because everyone is at a different fitness level and not everyone weighs the same.

You may have heard of the 7 minutes in hell pushup workout routine. It’s not just doing something as simple as a hundred pushups because that isn’t hard enough. Cade’s push up workouts are more intense than any other and will build great strength on your chest, these workout routines will get rid of your man boobs quicker than you can say push up bra.

What is Cade’s push-up workout routine?

Also known as the seven minutes in hell push-up exercise it takes 7 minutes to complete but it will take much longer than that the first few times you attempt it. If you are in great shape and you have a strong chest you will find that you really aren’t in as good of shape as you might think.

Let me break down the routine for you here, this chest workout is very simple. Get a timer and start it, you have 1 whole minute to do 30 push ups, don’t more than thirty in any given minute! You can do them quickly so that you have more time to rest or your can pace yourself slowly. The idea is to do 30 each minute for 7 minutes resulting in 210 push ups.

You will realize that you can’t finish them the first time or maybe the first month of trying and that’s okay I won’t tell anyone. But once it takes you the whole minute to complete thirty the game changes. Now you are simply trying to finish all 210 in the shortest amount of time possible. Don’t be afraid to do girl push ups from your knees for the last 50 or 30 if you need to. With this you will no longer need to find other push up variations to do because push up workouts don’t get harder than this.
