A killer chest workout that you can do from home is called 7 minutes in hell. Let me break down this great home chest workout for you. Since you might not have many weights for your home workout routines we are going to use our own body weight for the resistance. The best exercise for chest muscle development will be any movement that is pushing away from your body. So you will start a timer and do 30 push-ups in the first minute. Don’t do more or less than 30. I would recommend doing them quickly so that you can rest more before the second minute comes up. Once the second minute starts you will do 30 more push-ups, oncle again I would do them fast. You will repeat this for 7 minutes straight. This is a killer home chest workout that is so good it will have you in pain by the end of the 7th minute. Don’t worry nobody does all 210 push-ups the first time. Expect to be sore for a few days from this because it is one of the best chest workouts around. Chest exercises for men are pretty much the same as chest exercises for women except for the fact that the weight used will much lighter for a woman. A pec workout can be pretty intense because they are big muscles and can handle a lot of weight. Consider this another one of many free workout routines for your use to get into better shape.
Upper Chest Workout
Now upper chest exercises will be a bit different than an inner chest workout or any other pec workouts. To hit the upper portion of the chest you need to have the bench be inclined or if you are doing push-ups you need your legs elevated higher than your chest. The best chest exercises are going to have a lot of workouts that will cover all parts of the chest.
Chest Workout Plan #1
First things first you need to stop focusing on you flat barbell bench press. You need to think outside the box if you want to look better than everyone else at the gym.
Upper Chest Workout
Start with upper chest exercises. Do dumbbell presses on the incline bench. You will do a very light warm-up set and then jump straight to your heavy set. You are not strong until you are doing dumbbell presses with more than your body weight. So you most likely have a little ways to go.
Lower Chest Workout

Don’t think that you need to do lower chest every time you workout your chest. Chest exercises for men should focus more on upper chest to get rid of man boobs. To lose man boobs you do have to tighten up every part of the chest but don’t do too much lower chest exercises. To hit the lower chest you will use the decline bar. You are stronger in the lower chest so you will use heavier weight.

The best chest workout routine is too do more dumbbells and less bar! You need to do dumbbell presses while you are fresh and save the bar for burning down with at the end of your workout.
Here is a great workout to follow:
4 sets of dumbbell bench presses on a flat bench for the full chest workout.
4 sets of dumbbell incline bench presses for upper chest development.
That right there is enough to get a great looking chest. The best workout routine will always include dumbbells presses. Hopefully this chest workout program will get you some good results.
