Maybe you have a gym membership and you don&#8217;t want to go or you just prefer to workout in your home, either way you can get a great <a title="chest workout at home" href="http://bestchestworkoutroutine.com/chest-workout-at-home/">chest workout at home</a> if you know what you&#8217;re doing.  </p>
<p>Push-ups are going to be your main exercise for working out the chest if you don&#8217;t have any dumbbells or a bench press weight set.  Lets look at some push-up workout routines including Cade&#8217;s 7 minutes in hell push-up challenge.  </p>
<p><strong>Cade&#8217;s 7 Minutes in Hell Push-up Challenge</strong><br />
The goal is to do 30 push-ups as fast or slow as you want each minute for seven minutes.  I recommend doing them fast so that you can have extra time to rest before the second minute comes around.  As soon as the next minute starts, you can start the next set of 30.  This is very hard and takes time to be able to do it in 7 minutes or less.  If you can&#8217;t bench your body weight 10 times I would recommend you do only 20 reps each minute.  This end up being 140 total push-ups instead of the normal total of 210.</p>

A <a title="home chest workout" href="http://bestchestworkoutroutine.com/chest-workout-at-home/">home chest workout</a>, when done creatively can often produce better results than a gym workout routine.  You can even start tightening up you man boobs with some very simple chest exercises at home.  Lets start with the most common of all chest exercises- the push-up.  Now you might be able to do a lot of push-ups or maybe you are just starting and you have a hard time doing 5 in a row.  So to make this workout routine the same difficulty for everyone, you will see how many push-ups you can do at one time without resting.  You will then take that number and multiply it by 3.  So if you can do 20 push-ups max at one time you will multiply 20 by 3 and get 60.  You will then time yourself and try to accomplish this many in 5 minutes.  </p>

<p>You might not be able to do it the first time and that&#8217;s okay.  You will have something to work up to.  After a week you max number of push-ups will increase greatly and you will have to recalculate your number.  This is a great way to really shock the muscles of your chest and believe me, you will get very sore from this workout the first couple times.<br />
You don&#8217;t have to keep it so plain either.  If you want to challenge yourself a little bit, you can put your feet on something higher than the ground, such as a bed.  This will now be more difficult because you will be using your <a title="upper chest" href="http://bestchestworkoutroutine.com/upper-chest-workout/">upper chest</a> muscles more.
