At only 17 years of age he was able to add 30 pounds of solid muscle for his role in the movie. In the movie he turns into a werewolf and went through a massive growth spurt of muscle.

While he has a stunning chest, his pecs aren’t the most impressive part of his body. He has well developed shoulders, traps and 6 pack abs. While all muscles work together to compliment the body, a combination of chest workouts, shoulder exercises and killer abdominal toning exercises will give you a body that will have everybody starring.
