Kettlebell Workout Routine

One of the best workouts you can get is with kettlebells. Not sure exactly what a kettlebell is? I have added a picture so you will know what I am talking about.

A kettlebell workout routine is done by focusing more on full body movement than simple exercises that only workout one muscle at a time. You can get killer chest workouts at home by doing a kettle bell workout and you can target all muscles in your body. As we have discussed before, you will get a better looking chest if you also work your legs out.

Be prepared to be more sore than you have been in a very long time after you do a kettlebell workout. The design makes it possible to do a wide variety of exercises and you will fall in love with it after using it once. I recommend that you get your self a kettlebell of 20 or 30 lbs. at first and then once you are hooked go up to 45 lbs. or even 55 pounds.

Kettlebells are made as light as 12 pounds and get as heavy as 65 pounds. Although with the recent increase in popularity through workout programs like crossfit, you will probably be seeing them made lighter than 12 lbs and heavier than 65 pounds.
