Looking for a good chest workout you can do at home? You have arrived at the right place. Maybe you have a gym membership and you don’t want to go or you just prefer to workout in your home, either way you can get a great chest workout at home if you know what you’re doing.
Push-ups are going to be your main exercise for working out the chest if you don’t have any dumbbells or a bench press weight set. Lets look at some push-up workout routines including Cade’s 7 minutes in hell push-up challenge.
Cade’s 7 Minutes in Hell Push-up Challenge
The goal is to do 30 push-ups as fast or slow as you want each minute for seven minutes. I recommend doing them fast so that you can have extra time to rest before the second minute comes around. As soon as the next minute starts, you can start the next set of 30. This is very hard and takes time to be able to do it in 7 minutes or less. If you can’t bench your body weight 10 times I would recommend you do only 20 reps each minute. This end up being 140 total push-ups instead of the normal total of 210.
If you finish in 7 minutes or under please send us an email or comment on the post and we will add your name to our list times of 7 minutes in hell champions along with your time. Congratulations to Eric Pelissie, who has finished in under 7 minutes at 225 pounds.
